      I found this company on the internet and am very happy. They answered the phone and not knowing exactly what I was looking for I gave the name of my fireplace with model and serial number and the rep knew exactly what I needed. It worked out great since I live in a place where they sell the product but do very little to provide parts and service. Thank you!
