Electric Fireplaces are a popular choice for any home or office because they can be more flexible in where they can be placed compared to other fireplace, such as gas or wood burning fireplace. The majority of electric fireplaces simply need to be plugged into a nearby electrical outlet in order to work, Wiring itto your homes electrical sysytem is sometimes required if you are installing the unit into a wall.

This ease of installation has lead to a large number of styles and sizes of electric fireplace being developed to suit every different type of situation where you may want an electric fireplace to be located in your home.

Electric Fireplace Inserts are a version of an electric fireplace that are specifically designed to be inserted into a existing open fireplace. Electric inserts can be easier to install compared to other types of fireplace insert because of their minimal clearance requirements and not needing venting.
